When you book your wedding reception at Butte Ballroom, you can count on the very best in quality, service and affordability.
“We take the worry out of planning a wedding reception,” said Rhonda Hamrock, manager of Butte Ballroom. “We handle all the details so the bride and groom can focus on enjoying their special day.”
Located in West Leisenring, just two miles from 119 South off the Gallatin Avenue Exit, Butte Ballroom offers elegant wedding reception packages that are priced for just about any budget. Butte Ballroom features a large hall that can accommodate up to 275 people, along with a smaller hall that is ideal for more intimate wedding receptions. The one-story facility is also handicapped accessible and includes ample parking.
Hamrock pointed out that West Leisenring Volunteer Fire Department, owner of Butte Ballroom, is dedicated to offering one of the area’s best wedding reception experiences.
“Butte Ballroom was built six years ago and is specially designed for upscale wedding receptions,” she said. “The main banquet hall is decorated with a permanent wedding ceiling and includes plenty of space for dancing. What’s more, our walls have been painted with neutral tones to ensure a perfect match for any bridal color scheme. We also offer amenities such as a chocolate fountain, chair covers and sashes, table runners and overlays, linens, tables, chairs and much more.”
Food is always the highlight of any memorable wedding reception and Butte Ballroom will exceed even your highest expectations. Butte Ballroom’s wedding menu offers a wide array of mouthwatering options, such as traditional buffet style, all-inclusive buffet, family home style and white-glove sit-down service.
“Some of our clients prefer a traditional southwestern Pennsylvania buffet with the ever popular chicken, ham, rigatoni and cabbage rolls while others want something more upscale, such as chicken Marsala or Swiss steak,” said Hamrock, owner of Court Yard Catering, exclusive caterer for Butte Ballroom. “We work with our clients to prepare a dining experience their guests won’t forget.”
Hamrock, who has 28 years of local catering experience, also creates a wide selection of cakes, cookies, hors d’oeuvres and other wedding delights that will complement any wedding theme and budget. Bridal couples can also arrange to bring in their own wedding cake and cookies.
Alcohol must be purchased by the bridal couple but Butte Ballroom will gladly provide mixers and certified bartenders. Hamrock said that arrangement helps the bride and groom save money. In addition, Butte Ballroom will provide a professional security guard (required by Fayette County for wedding receptions that serve alcohol).
Because Butte Ballroom books receptions on a first-come, first-serve basis, Hamrock advises couples to schedule their wedding reception at least one year in advance. “Couples are welcome to take a tour of our facility and discuss their wedding reception needs. Just call me at (724) 806-0108 or (724) 887-0385 to make an appointment for a visit,” said Hamrock.
