The Falcons host Norwin in a non-section match today at 4 p.m.

The Falcons improved to 11-2 overall and 8-2 in the section. Trinity fell to 3-5 in section play.

Brownsville 4, Southmoreland 1 – Brownsville swept all three singles matches in knocking off visiting Southmoreland in a Section 1-AA match.

Ryan Minor and Josh Seelye both won in straight sets for the Falcons, while Ian Glumac picked up a forfeit victory.

Neil Chafin and Luke Lucostic won all 12 games in rolling to victory at No. 1 doubles for Brownsville (7-1, 7-0).

The Scotties’ duo of Greg Jaworski and Matt Grabiak took a hard-fought two-setter at No. 2 doubles.

Southmoreland is now 4-5 in the section.

The Falcons travel to Greensburg Central Catholic in a battle for sole possession of first place in the section on Friday at 4:15 p.m.
