David Peoples David Peoples’s hole-in-one on the par-3 170-yard 12th hole easily qualifies as the Shot of the Day. He used an 8-iron. The shot helped him to a 1-under-par 71 for the round.

It was the first ace on No. 12 in tournament history at Mystic Rock and was the fourth hole-in-one in tournament history.

Peoples’ ace was the second at Mystic Rock in this event. The first was recorded by Mike Standly on the 17th hole of last year’s second round.
