Waynesburg Central’s Keith Higginbotham crosses the finish line in the 100 meter at the PIAA Track and Field Championships Friday at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He did not advance from his heat as he finished fifth in the heat and 23rd overall with a time of 11.49 seconds.
