W&J routs Hanover, 35-0

HANOVER, Ind. (AP) – Bobby Swallow completed 18 of 20 passes for 210 yards and four touchdowns to lead Washington & Jefferson to a 35-0 victory over Hanover on Saturday. Tom McCafferty caught his first of two touchdowns early in the second quarter on a 29-yard pass from Swallow.

The Panthers’ longest drive of 75 yards was halted when they turned the ball over on downs.

Hanover (0-3) was held scoreless for the first time since 1983.
