David wins North East Junior Golf event

Richard David, a sophomore at Laurel Highlands, won the North East Junior Golf Tour event at The Golf Club of Somerset. He is in the Pine Valley division in the age 13-15 boys. David shot an 86 beating the second-place finisher by 2 strokes. That was his second win this summer.
