Laurel Highlands 15, Elizabeth-Forward 49 – The Mustangs took the first six places on their home course, led to the finish by Anthony Cecchini in 19:05. Michael Cecchini was second in 19:18, Ryan Teets finished third in 19:23, and Justin Kostelnik was fourth in 19:27. Ian Sunyecz finished fifth with time of 19:39, with brother Alec was close behind in 19:43.

Uniontown 23, Thomas Jefferson 32; Uniontown 18, Albert Gallatin 43; Thomas Jefferson 21, Albert Gallatin 34 – The Red Raiders’ Tommy Kegg and Nathan Wagner went 1-2 to lead Uniontown to a Section 2-AAA sweep at Thomas Jefferson.

Uniontown is 2-0 in the section and 4-0 overall.

Kegg finished in 17:23 with Wagner second in 17:42. Torin Kelley was sixth with a time of 18:24. Josh Nypaver (8th, 19:10), Lukas Edenfield (9th, 19:10), and Bryce Markwardt (10th, 19:22) also had top 10 finishes.

Calvin Fenton led the Colonials to the finish line in fourth place with a time of 18:12.

Connellsville 27, Ringgold 32; Connellsville 26, West Mifflin 29; West Mifflin 25, Ringgold 34 – Ringgold had two of the top three finishers, but the Falcons had a strong grouping in the middle of the pack for a sweep a Section 2-AAA triangular at Mingo Park.

West Mifflin’s Surmich won the race in 18:10, followed by Ringgold’s John Sendek (18:18) and Brian Johnson (18:20).

Connellsville’s Adam Siecinski was fourth in 18:26. Nick Cicio finished fifth in 19:05 with teammate Seth Soberdash not too far behind in 19:40. John Dillinger (10th, 20:06) and Nathan Tressler (11th, 20:18) closed out the scoring.

Connellsville (2-0, 4-0) is on the road next Tuesday for a key meet against Laurel Highlands.

Brownsville 24, Frazier 33; Brownsville 17, Geibel Catholic 42; Frazier 22, Geibel Catholic 34 – Cameron Coffey cruised around the Gators’ 2.75-mile course in 15:45, easily outdistancing the field to lead the Falcons to a Section 3-AA sweep in the opening triangular.

The Falcons’ Jonathan Rohlf was third in 17:06. Corey Peton was fifth in 17:37, and Chazz Farrier was eighth in 18:39.

The Commodores were led home by Sawyer Palonder in second place with a time of 16:50. Brandon Mathews was fourth in 17:16, and Garrett Baber placed seventh with a time of 18:01.

The Gators’ Anthony Speeney was sixth with a time of 17:40.
