Beth-Center tied the match when Zach Swarrow won by fall, but West Greene won all but two of the final 11 bouts for a 56-18 Section 2-A wrestling win on Jan. 4.

Travis Hart won by forfeit at 120 pounds to start the run, and Wade Blackmon won by technical fall at 126 pounds to keep the momentum going for the visitors.

There was no match at 132 pounds, and Beth-Center’s Nico Brown kept things close with a pin at 138 pounds.

Matthew Johnston won by fall at 145, Jordan Gifford decisioned Matthew Riggle at 152 and Wade Durbin won by fall at 160.

Dalton Wildman (170), Cody Jacobs (195) and Kevin Bedillion (285) won by forfeit for the Pioneers. Harley Hubbs won by fall at 182.

The Bulldogs’ Zach Holmes won by fall in 5:40 over J.P. Hennen at 220 pounds.
