1 min read

Frazier scored eight runs in the first inning and added four more in the second in a 13-0 five-inning Section 2-A softball win over California Thursday.

The Lady Commodores also benefited from six Lady Trojan errors to improve to 6-1 overall and 5-1 in section games. Cal fell to 2-6, 1-6.

Alexis Livingstone hit a three-run homer and Paige Hotz added a two run shot in the first inning to set the table for winning pitcher Andrea Lash.

Lash, who struck out six and didn’t walk a batter, added a double, as did Monica Joseph, Courtney Domonkos and Kelsey Holp (who also singled).

Elle Scales had a double among Cal’s two hits. Tina Puhnaty took the pitching loss for Cal.

Frazier has a double-header with Mapletown today, while California hosts Monessen.
