PS Fayette sweeps Greater Allegheny

Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus earned a basketball sweep at Penn State Greater Allegheny Tuesday night.

The Fayette men placed four players in double figures and shot 46 percent from three-point range in an easy 95-76 win over GA. Fayette improved to 3-5 overall and 2-0 in PSUAC action, while Greater Allegheny fell to 1-8 and 0-1.

The Fayette women earned an 89-88 overtime win in the first game of the doubleheader. The women improved to 3-4 overall and 2-0 in PSUAC games with the OT win.

Brownsville’s C.J. Gaddis led the way for the Fayette men with 21 points, while Darius Mack added 17, Dierre Jenkins 16 and Jacob Bronder 14. Edgar Addison paced GA with 32.

Both Fayette teams head east for a weekend of basketball. They play at Penn State Lehigh Valley at 6 and 8 p.m. Saturday before heading to Penn State Brandy for a 1 and 3 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday.
