Leopards defeat Mount Pleasant, 52-41

Belle Vernon defeated Mount Pleasant, 52-41, at home on Wednesday in non-section play.

Jason Capco scored a game-high 20 points for the Leopards, while teammates Devin Hannan and Travis Snyder each scored 11.

Mitch Matlas scored 17 points for Mount Pleasant, while teammate Ryan Gumbita scored 10.

Belle Vernon (1-1) hosts Ringgold in Section 4-AAA play on Friday.
