Mitch’s tops Dunbar in 11 innings

Simeon Bell singled in brother Isaiah to lead Mitch’s Bail Bonds past Dunbar, 5-4, in Fayette County Baseball League play Sunday at Dunbar.

Isaiah had walked, and moved to second when Dustin Welsh walked.

Welsh was Mitch’s (2-0-1) starting pitcher. He went nine innings, and allowed four runs. He walked 12 and struck out seven.

Kyle Petty had two singles and an RBI for Mitch’s.

Zach Durbin doubled for Dunbar.

Down 4-2 in the seventh, Dunbar scored twice to tie the game at 4-4.

Mitch’s hosts Carmichaels Tuesday.
