Twins select Mildren in 12th round

Laurel Highlands graduate and University of Pittsburgh junior right-handed pitcher Ethan Mildren was selected Saturday in the 2013 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins.

Mildren was the 350th overall pick in the 12th round.

Mildren picked up 10 wins in 2013 with four complete games, and boasted a 2.35 ERA.
