Brownsville rolls over Fort Cherry, 13-2

Brownsville had little issue with host Fort Cherry Wednesday as the Falcons rolled over the Rangers, 13-2, in six innings for another key Section 2-AA.

Tyler Spohn was strong on the mound for the Falcons, allowing only four hits while striking out seven batters.

At the plate, Spohn and Taylor May picked up doubles for the Falcons. Brownsville ended the game with 11 hits.

Brownsville improved its chances for a WPIAL playoff berth, going to 8-4 in the section and 11-4 overall.
