AG boys, girls lose track meet at Mount Pleasant

Mount Pleasant (boys) 85, Albert Gallatin 64; Mount Pleasant (girls) 118, Albert Gallatin 29 — The Albert Gallatin boys won 2-of-3 relays and five individual events Thursday afternoon, while the girls only won the 400 relay as both teams dropped a Section 2-AAA meet at Mount Pleasant.

Dominic Doyle (110 high hurdles, 18.39), Donicio McKoy (100, 11.17), Tom McKnight (1,600, 5:28), and Tanner Kutek (high jump, 5-8) were among the first-place finishers for the Colonials.

The Albert Gallatin boys also won the 400 relay (47.39) and 1,600 relay (3:54).

The Lady Colonials avoided getting swept in first-place finishes with the fastest time in the 400 relay (56.0).
