Cal girls clobber Mapletown, 54-12

Bailey Vig scored 15 and Lindsey Huhn added 13 as California beat Mapletown, 54-12, in Section 3-A girls basketball action Thursday night.

Abby Shipley paced Mapletown (2-4, 2-1) with four points.

California (5-1, 3-0) goes out of section to host Serra Catholic Saturday. Mapletown plays at Geibel Catholic Monday.
