Trojans cruises past West Greene, 70-41
The California defense held West Greene to just 12 points in the first half Friday night, and the offense did the rest for a 70-41 Section 5-AA home victory.
The Trojans (5-5, 7-11) led 24-4, 36-12 and 54-25 at the quarter breaks.
Josh Luko paced the California offense with a game-high 15 points. Austin Wingo scored 12, Kass Taylor and Demetri Clements both finished with 11, and Tray Matthews added 10.
Ben Carlisle led the Pioneers (1-10, 4-14) with 13 points.
