Carmichaels 10, California 0 — Carmichaels’ pitcher, Erica Burns, led the Lady Mikes to a Section 2-a 10-0 victory over California at home on Monday in just five innings.

Burns struck out eight in the no-hitter, while Tristan Lint took the loss for California.

Katie Mays, Amanda Brown and Natalie McNett each hit a double for Carmichaels, while Burns and Emma Lowry each hit a triple.

Carmichaels (12-3, 10-2) hosts Frazier at 1 p.m. today, and will travel to Mapletown after at 4:15 p.m., both in Section 2-A play.
