Lady Pioneers falls to Lady Rockets, 6-2
Jefferson-Morgan 6, West Greene 2 — Jefferson-Morgan defeated West Greene 6-2 at home on Monday in Section 2-A play.
Winning pitcher Maddie Ludrosky struck out 17 for the Lady Rockets, while losing pitcher Bailey Bennington struck out seven for West Greene.
Bennington also hit two home runs for the Lady Pioneers.
Jessica Taylor also hit a home run for Jefferson-Morgan (15-2, 12-2).
West Greene (7-10, 6-7) travels to Serra Catholic today in Section 2-A play.
