Lady Mikes earn volleyball win over J-M

Carmichaels fought off visiting Jefferson-Morgan, 3-1, in a Section 5-A girls volleyball match on Tuesday night.

The Lady Mikes won by scores of 25-20, 26-28, 25-15 and 25-20.

Emma Lewis had 14 service points and eight kills for Carmichaels (4-3, 4-2). Katelyn Schooley totaled 10 service points and 20 assists, Emma Lowry contributed nine service points and seven kills, Abby Cutwright had nine service points and Lindsay Scott added 11 kills for the Lady Mikes.
