Canon-McMillan defeats Lady Falcons, 83-47

The Canon-McMillan girls built a 17-point lead in the first quarter Saturday afternoon and then cruised to an 83-47 victory against Connellsville on the first day of the Cal U Holiday Hoopfest.

Canon-McMillan (5-1) led 23-6, 42-23 and 62-33 at the quarter breaks.

Zoe Youdell and Molly Bauer shared scoring honors for the Lady Falcons (3-7) with 10 points apiece.

Cheyenne Trest scored a game-high 17 points for Canon-McMillan. Izzy Allen finished with 11 and Tamara Mathis and Kierra King added 10 points each.
