Lady Rockets sweep West Greene
JM 3, West Greene 0 Morgan Simkovic had nine kills, three blocks and 21 digs to lead Jefferson-Morgan to a straight-sets win over West Greene in Section 5-A girls volleyball Tuesday night.
The Lady Rockets (7-1, 8-3) won by set scores of 25-12, 25-16 and 25-18. Erin Confortini had 12 service points and 11 assists for JM, while Sarah Jones and Lexie Mooney had three points each for the Lady Pioneers (1-6, 3-8).
