Lady Raiders blank Charleroi

Uniontown swept past visiting Charleroi, 3-0, in Section 5-AA girls volleyball action on Tuesday night.

The Lady Raiders (5-11, 5-8) won by scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-19.

Kayla Barbabella totaled 25 assists and Sarah Wozniak rang up 12 kills for Uniontown. The Lady Raiders also got five kills and three aces from Megan Miller, eight kills from Macey Belt and seven kills from Jamee Labedda.

Uniontown is in action again Thursday when it hosts South Park at 7 p.m.
