Micaela Danley hit a three-run homer in the top of the seventh inning to lift Bentworth over Beth-Center, 5-1, in Section 2-AA softball action Wednesday.

Autumn Zgloriski also tripled for the Lady Bearcats, who won in their first game of the season

The Lady Bulldogs, meanwhile, fell to 0-3 overall and in the section. Losing pitcher Abby Gustovich doubled, as did Londyn Brown, for BC.

Gustovich struck out four and walked one, while Bentworth’s Casey Hite fanned five and didn’t walk a batter to earn the win.
