Ziker fans 13 in BC win
Lane Ziker struck out 13 batters and had two hits to lead Beth-Center over Washington, 6-5, in Section 2-AA baseball action Wednesday.
Eddie Zellie drove in a pair of runs with two hits and Hunter Bower also had a pair of RBI for the Bulldogs (2-5, 2-4).
Steve Shalleross took the pitching loss for Washington (2-5, 2-4), while Kurt Atkins doubled among two hits and Jordan Swartz singled twice.
Beth-Center travels to Frazier Friday.
