Toohey lands regional honor

Washington & Jefferson junior and Mount Pleasant graduate Jordan Toohey was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division III Women’s All Great Lakes Region third team.

Toohey led the Presidents and the Presidents’ Athletic Conference in shots (96), points (46), goals (21), and game-winning goals (6). She scored at least one goal in 11 games and became the fourth player in the program’s history to surpass the 100-career point mark.

Teammate Tatiana Ruzzini was named to the second team.
