Bentworth tops Maples netters

Bentworth 3, Mapletown 0 – Bentworth downed Mapletown in straight sets in Section 2-A girls volleyball action Thursday.

The Lady Bearcats improved to 3-5 in section matches, while Mapletown fell to 0-8 and 1-9 overall.

Madison Helmick had six kills for the Lady Maples, while Gabbi Clark added five kills and three aces. Morgan Helmick had 16 assists and Kaley Wagner finished with six kills.
