Colonials win on the road, 61-42

Albert Gallatin 61, Thomas Jefferson 42 – The Albert Gallatin boys raced out to a 15-2 lead in the first quarter Tuesday night on the way to a 61-42 Section 1-AAAAA road victory at Thomas Jefferson.

The Colonials (1-1, 3-4) led 23-18 at halftime and 48-31 after three quarters.

Nate English scored a game-high 19 points for Albert Gallatin. James Peggues (14), Matt Rankin (13), and Colby Uphold (11) also scored double figures for the Colonials.

Noah Palmer led the Jaguars (1-1, 2-3) with 16 points.
