Ringgold 49, Belle Vernon 47 – Ringgold force overtime Tuesday night, and the Lady Rams had the better of the extra period for a tight 49-47 non-section win over visiting Belle Vernon.

Ringgold (4-3) pulled out to a 15-4 lead in the first quarter, but the Lady Leopards countered with a 16-9 advantage in the second quarter.

Belle Vernon (4-2) then pulled into the lead after three quarters, 30-29.

Ashley Briscoe scored a game-high 17 points for Ringgold. Taylor Costa added 10.

Kelsey Green and Caitlyn Trombley both scored 12 for Belle Vernon.
