Burgettstown 43, Waynesburg Central 18 – The Waynesburg Central girls trailed by only one after the first quarter, 8-7, but visiting Burgettstown picked up the offense and turned on the defense for a 43-18 non-section victory on Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Blue Devils led 24-9 at halftime and 36-15 after three quarters.

Kacie Prasko scored a game-high 17 points for Burgettstown.

Bree Echegary led the Lady Raiders (1-16) with seven points.
