Hillers defeat Albert Gallatin, 48-8
Trinity scored all of its points before halftime Friday night for a 48-0 victory in Big Nine Conference action against visiting Albert Gallatin.
The Hillers (3-3, 4-3) scored 20 points in the first quarter and 28 more in the second.
Joey Koroly scored on runs of 58 and 20 yards, and caught a 30-yard scoring pass from Avery Kern. Kern also had a 14-yard touchdown pass to A.J. Mauro.
Trevon Oliver’s 1-yard run in the third quarter allowed the Colonials (1-5, 1-6) to avoid the shutout.
Albert Gallatin’s Dom Lewellen completed 14-of-27 passes for 78 yards and two interceptions. Javon Davis carried the ball nine times for 74 yards, while Oliver finished with 68 on 13 carries.
