Lady Trojans charge past West Greene, 3-1

California 3, West Greene 1 – Anna Gillespie and Ina Helmick starred as California beat visiting West Greene, 3-1, in a Section 2-A girls volleyball match on Tuesday night.

The Lady Trojans won by scores of 25-19, 25-12, 22-25 and 25-21.

Gillespie totaled 14 kills and three blocks while Helmick contributed 23 assists and three points. Mya Fetty added five service points and Addie O’Savage and Hanna Engle chipped in with four kills apiece.
