Mount Pleasant 235, Southmoreland 236 – Mount Pleasant won by the slimmest of margins Thursday afternoon, defeating Southmoreland, 235-236, in a Section 2-AA home match at Norvelt Golf Club.

Sam Napper was the low man for the Vikings (8-3, 9-3) with a 4-over 40. Jared Wagner shot a 41. Kyle Jones (45), James Queer (52), and Neil Thomas (57) rounded out the scoring for Mount Pleasant.

The Scotties’ Josh Redding was the medalist with a 2-over 38. Ryan Lemmon and Travis Sipple both shot 44. Clayton Sipple (54) and Walter Ulishney (56) also counted in the final score.
