Waynesburg Central 90½, Washington 58½; Waynesburg Central 124, Charleroi 23; Washington 103, – The Waynesburg Central girls were just too much for visiting Washington and Charleroi, securing a sweep of the home Section 6-AA triangular Wednesday afternoon.

The Lady Raiders defeated Washington, 90½-58½, and Charleroi, 124-23. Washington defeated the Lady Cougars, 103-24.

Waynesburg won the 3,200 relay in 11:49.59 and the 400 relay in 54.20 seconds.

Taylor Shriver (100 high hurdles, 17.67; 200, 28.99; pole vault, 8-6), Kaitlyn Pester (1,600, 6:31.92; 3,200, 14:21.0), Maci Gray (800, 2:47.21), Bree Echegaray (high jump, 4-9), and Madison Brooks (shot put, 37-7; discus, 92-11; javelin, 82-8) all finished first for the Lady Raiders.

Charleroi’s Shayla Watkins won the 300 intermediate hurdles in 54.11 seconds.
