Waynesburg men bow out of PAC tournament

Waynesburg trailed by 12 at halftime and was unable to rally as the Yellow Jackets bowed out of the PAC men’s basketball playoffs Tuesday night with an 82-73 loss at Bethany (W.Va.).

The Yellow Jackets close the season with a 10-16 mark. The Bison improve to 15-11.

Marcus Wallace led Waynesburg with 15 points. Matt Popeck finished with 12. Jon Knab added 10.

Chaice Truex led the way for the Bison with a game-high 28 points. Calique Jones finished with 25 points.
