Lowstetter scores lone goal in Rams’ 1-0 win
Frank Lowstetter deposited Mason Fabean’s cross into the back of the net with just 4.5 seconds remaining to lift visiting Ringgold to a 1-0 victory at Trinity Tuesday night in Section 3-AAA boys soccer action.
The second-place Rams improve to 9-2 in the section and 10-6 overall. The Hillers slip to 5-5 in the section and 8-6 overall.
Ringgold has a home showdown with first-place Laurel Highlands (10-3-1, 8-1-1) 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The Mustangs won their first meeting at LH, 1-0, on Sept. 20.
