Lewis All-PAC first-team

Saint Vincent senior and Elizabeth Forward graduate Ciara Lewis was recently named All-PAC first team for her performance at the conference championship.

Lewis finished second in the 50 freestyle, third in the 100 freestyle and seventh in the backstroke. She was on the Lady Bearcats’ winning 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and the second-place 200 medley and 800 freestyle relays.

Basketball

Cal’s Collins honored

California University of Pa. guard Zyan Collins was named the PSAC Freshman of the Week for the third time this season.

Collins averaged 21.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in a pair of conference games. He scored a career-high 25 points against No. 2-ranked Indiana (Pa.). Collins also had eight rebounds and two assists after playing the entire game.
