Rachel Rohanna played another sub-par round Saturday to remain tied in 39th place entering the final round of the inaugural Skyigolf Championship.

The Waynesburg Central graduate shot 2-under 70 in the third round for a three-day total of 1-under 145.

Jean Reynolds, Alexa Pano, Lauren Kim and Allison Emrey share the lead heading into the final round at 8-under 138.

Rohanna had a birdie and bogey on the front nine to go out in even-par 36, and carded two birdies and seven pars on the back to come back in 2-under 34. And, she was positioned for an even lower score.

“I hit every green in regulation, but hit two under regulation, which I two-putted for birdies, had one one-putt for a birdie, one 3-putt for bogey, then 14 two-putts for pars,” Rohanna said of her round.

Rohanna believes her play over the three rounds will all come together in the final 18 holes.

“I hope so!,” said Rohanna. “I’m playing really well, hopefully I saved the best for last.”
