Raiders lose at Beaver Falls, 34-14

Waynesburg Central cut the deficit to a touchdown in the second quarter, but Beaver Falls scored two late touchdowns for a 34-14 victory Friday night in Tri-County West Conference play.

Josh Hough scored the first two touchdowns for the Tigers (4-2, 6-2), and scored on a 50-yard run in the fourth quarter.

Caleb Shriver caught a 46-yard touchdown pass from Darnell Johnson for the Raiders’ first touchdown. Trevor Stephenson scored on a 39-yard run in the fourth quarter for Waynesburg (0-6, 2-6).

Johnson ran for 148 yards on 23 carries, while Stephenson hit 100 yards on 18 carries.
