Maples hold on for 27-25 road win
Mapletown pulled ahead in the third quarter Friday night and then held on for a 27-25 Tri-County South Conference victory at Avella.

Zach Greene’s 47-yard touchdown run bumped the score to 27-0 in favor of Mapletown.
Then quarterback Derek Tarolli took over for the Eagles (0-6, 1-8) with touchdown passes of 50 and 21 yards to Tanner Terensky in the third quarter to make the score 27-12.
