Trojans win on the road at Mapletown, 41-6

Jaedan Zuzak scored the first two touchdowns of the game Friday night and visiting California didn’t look back as the playoff-bound Trojans returned home from Mapletown with a 41-6 Tri-County South Conference victory.

Zuzak added another touchdown in the third quarter and finished the game with 124 yards rushing on only six carries.

Lucas Qualk had a 28-yard interception return for the Trojans (6-1, 7-3) and Malik Ramsey returned a kickoff 82 yards for a score.

Landon Stevenson scored the lone touchdown for the Maples (1-6, 2-8) on a 4-yard run in the third quarter. Zach Greene finished with 63 yards on the ground on 11 carries.
