A strong second half Tuesday night carried the visiting Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus men to a 55-44 PSUAC victory at Penn State Beaver.

The Penn State Fayette women were unable to overcome a cold shooting night and fell to Penn State Beaver, 87-63.

The Lions trailed 24-23 at halftime, but rallied for a 32-20 advantage in the second half for the win.

Iman Young led Penn State Fayette with 18 points and 13 rebunds. Dominic Boring finished with 21 points, including 6-of-11 from 3-point range.

Keon Butler led Penn State Beaver with 19 points.

The Lady Lions led 16-13 after the first quarter and 30-27 at halftime, but the home team pulled into the lead with a 25-15 advantage in the third quarter. Penn State Beaver then salted the game away with a 35-18 fourth quarter.

Taylor McCormick led Fayette (2-1, 4-3) with 19 points. Brooke Poling finished with 15 and Anaejah Harris added 10 and grabbed 12 rebounds. Siteri Tale pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds.

Alexis Cross led Penn State Beaver (4-0, 6-2) with a game-high 29 points. She made 9-of-18 field goals and 11-of-14 free throw attempts. Diamond Thomas scored 19 and Cheyenne Lopez added 14.
