Mya Murray hammered home 17 kills as Uniontown rallied for a 3-2 victory over Ringgold in Section 3-AAA girls volleyball play on Tuesday at AJ Everhart Memorial Gymnasium.

The Lady Rams (0-3, 1-3) took a 1-0 lead after a 25-18 win in set one, but the Lady Red Raiders (2-1, 3-1) came back with a 25-17 victory in the second set.

Ringgold won the third set, 25-18, before Uniontown tied the match with a 25-12 win in the fourth set. The home team won the fifth set, 15-7.

Murray added three blocks and three digs, and Tyannah Eddings had six digs and 14 assists for the Lady Raiders. Abby Bellina totaled four kills and four blocks, Summer Hawk contributed five digs and three aces, and Jada McGargo had seven digs.

Kaiden Bubash had 22 assists for the Lady Rams. Teammates Alyssa Pagliei (11) and Haley Resosky (10) and Zoey Mundorff (6) led Ringgold in kills.

Ringgold’s Brooke Mihalik had seven aces and Alexis Sage led the defense with 21 digs.
