Ghosts, ghouls sought for event in Flatwoods
FLATWOODS – Flatwoods Productions is seeking about 30 people to portray ghosts and ghouls in its first annual haunted attractions of a Victorian mansion (haunted house) and cemetery. Also needed are men and women, boys and girls to help build and paint both attractions and construct the several mazes that potential “victims” will be following to their ultimate doom.
People needed to help build and paint are needed as soon as possible and should call 724-785-6896 to find out when they could come and lend a hand.
The events will take place at the Curfew recreation Center on weekends during the month of October finishing on Halloween night.
Needed are 30 men and women ages 14 and older (no age limit) to portray the various spirits haunting both attractions.
Also needed are box office personnel, workers to man various game and food booths.
Families can make it a great event to do together during the spooky holiday season.
Dad and the children can work in the haunted house while Mom might help out with a food booth. Times are varied and flexible depending on the number of volunteers that show up. A scary voice and mannerisms are helpful but not necessary. Interested people are to call the theater at 724-785-6896 to schedule an appointment to be interviewed and auditioned. No previous experience is necessary, and all those with an interest will be included in some way for the events.Interviews will take place on Sunday evening Sept. 18 beginning at 6 p.m.
