local Masontown Easter celebration for kids ages 3 through fifth grade will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the social hall of the Masontown Brethren Church, 110 W. Church St. Pre-registration is encouraged. Call Barb Lewis at 724-583-2655.

An Easter celebration will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Third Presbyterian Church in Uniontown. Participants can enjoy drama and praise music, a candy making demonstration, crafts, refreshments and more. Call 724-438-2529.

Easter activities for children age 10 and under will open the season at the historic Nemacolin Castle in Brownsville on Saturday. Castle tours will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Activities include an Easter egg hunt, bonnet parade and a visit with the Easter Bunny. Prizes will be awarded. A fish fry will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Carmichaels Senior Center. There is a cost for dinners, which include fish sandwich, French fries or baked potato, coleslaw, cake and beverage. Other items are available for an additional cost.
