Concert organist and recording artist Diane Bish will present an organ recital at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church on Gallatin Avenue in Uniontown at 7 p.m. today. Hailed as the “First Lady of the Organ,” Bish last appeared at St. Paul’s in the fall of 2002. Seating for the Bish concert is limited, and tickets are available at Judy’s Do Re Me Music Shop at 724-438-1488 or by calling the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church office at 724-437-9000. A meet-the-performer reception and autograph session in the church social hall will follow the performance. The spring cleanup for Downtown Uniontown has been rescheduled for Saturday. The event was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 22, but it was canceled because of rain. Anyone who is interested in participating is asked to meet in Storey Square at 9 a.m. Buckets, gloves, trash bags and vests will be provided to participants. Longaberger Basket Bingo will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Brownfield Community Center. The event will benefit the Dawson Grange Fair.
