Gospel Coffee House will present Inner Light Band and Betty Riecks today at Tower Hill No. 1 Apostolic Lighthouse, 1688 New Salem Road. Gail Perney will serve as the master of ceremonies. The kitchen will open at 6 p.m. followed by music from 7 to 10 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available. The Rev. William Chappell is the church pastor.

The Scottdale Fall Festival will hold its annual race on Saturday. Registration will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. before the race. The scheduled time to begin is 2:30 p.m. in front of the Elks on Broadway. There is an entry fee. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female participants from each age group. After the race, refreshments will be served to all participants. Visit the Web site at www.scottdalefallfestival.org for race rules and sign-up sheet.

Classic Car Cruise 2006 Grand Finale will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Arctic Delite, located on Route 51 about three miles north of Uniontown. The rain date is Sept. 17.

Proceeds will benefit domestic violence services. There is a vehicle registration fee. The event will feature trophies, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing and Chinese auction. D.J. Arnie Amber will play oldies music. For more information, call 724-439-4711.

The 36th annual Covered Bridge Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday in Washington and Greene counties. The festival will feature crafts, food, entertainment, activities, exhibits, demonstrations and special events. The festival will be held at the Carmichaels Bridge in Carmichaels, Greene County; White Bridge at Garards Fort, Greene County; Pine Bank Bridge at the Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Museum of Rural Life, Washington County; Hanover McClurg Bridge in Hanover Township Park, Washington County; Krepps Bridge in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County; the Hughes Bridge in Amwell Township, Washington County; the Henry Bridge in Mingo Creek County Park in Washington Township; and the Ebenezer Bridge in Mingo Creek County Park in Washington Township.
