Red Hat merchandise will be available for purchase from vendors during the afternoon. A “meet and greet” time will be available upon arrival.

A full lunch, including dessert, will be served at 1:30 p.m. Activities include door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, costume awards, a Chinese auction and musical entertainment.

The facility is handicap accessible.

There is a cost for the event. Seating is limited to 400 and will fill quickly, so make reservations as soon as possible. A waiting list will be maintained after initial sell out. The deadline for reservations will be Oct. 5.
