The Masontown Volunteer Fire Department will hold its seventh annual car and truck show on Sunday. Registration will start at 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. There will be a charge for each vehicle. A cash bash will be held at the Smock Volunteer Fire Hall to benefit Curfew Recreation Center, also known as Flatwoods pool, on Saturday. River City Brass Band’s 25th anniversary season will culminate with the talent of Kaitlyn Lusk during its “Very Grand Finale” concert at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg. Lusk, only 17 years old, has garnered standing ovations and critical acclaim as soloist with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, Houston Symphony, Toronto Symphony and many others. Country music will be featured Saturday at the Sagebrush Round-Up on Bunner Ridge near Fairmont, W.Va., six miles east of Interstate 79 at Exit 139. The open stage will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. followed by the show at 7 p.m. Acts are the Round-Up Band, Leo McMillen, Frannie Rush, Betty Savio, The Sunnysiders and Dave Mountain Music.
