local Flatwoods Productions will present the musical “Little Women” today through Sunday. Shows are performed in the Curfew Grange, located at the corner of Route 201 south and Buena Vista Road. Curtain time is 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday with the Sunday matinee on Mother’s Day at 2 p.m. Dinner is available for an extra charge with all three shows. Dinner theater requires a reservation. The meal includes fruit cup, salad, a choice of either roast beer or stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, bread and butter, dessert and coffee, tea or soda. Reservations are needed for dinner and should be made by Tuesday, May 8. Group rates also are available. Tickets are available at the door for all performances. S.S. Cyril & Methodius Church, located at 50 Morgantown St., Fairchance, will host an indoor spring craft/vendor show on Saturday. Exhibit hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is an admission charge. A book sale and more will take place Saturday at California Public Library. Hours noon to 3 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The event will be held in the caboose, which sits on a rail spur near the train station that houses the library. The sale will feature children and adult paperbacks and hardbacks, CD’s, videos, stationery and historical maps. The event is sponsored by Friends of the Library. Country music will be presented at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Sagebrush Round-Up on Bunner Ridge six miles east of Interstate 79 at Exit 139 near Fairmont, W.Va. The open stage starts at 7 p.m. with The Found-Up Band. The regular show starts at 7 p.m. with the Round-Up Band, Ray Hileman & The Wheels of Country, Gospel Express, The Country and Gospel Travelers and Gail Ford. There is a donation for adults.
